Based on a story from the BBC TV serial "Doctor Who". Scientist Dr. Who accidentally activates his new invention, the Tardis, a time machine disguised as a police telephone box. Dr. Who, his two grand-daughters, and Barbara's boyfriend Ian are transported through time and space to the planet Skaro, where a peaceful race of Thals are under threat of nuclear attack from the planet's other inhabitants: the robotic mutant Daleks. ------- Accidentally thrown together in an adventure of a lifetime, Dr. Who, his granddaughters, and their friend Ian cross the intergalactic universe in the Doctor's new invention the T.A.R.D.I.S. his space and time machine. Landing unsuspectingly on Planet Skaro, here they meet the kind and placid Thal's, who are under the mortal fear of the dreaded Dalek's. Deadly mutants living inside their metal casings and killing everything that crosses its path. Here is the battle of the Daleks vs. the Thals, for the Dr. has stumbled across a war that not only bravery and cunning can win the day but sacrifice that is a price never too high to pay for the freedom of the galaxy.
