- Season 1: 1. Welcome Aboard (2007). Twenty-four sailors from every walk of life, of every age and temperament, living literally cheek-by-jowl for week after week, away from family and friends sometimes for months at a time. All crammed in an elderly 40 metre metal hulled boat - in seas of all conditions with temperatures often in the 30's. It's a pressure cooker that can bring out the best, and sometimes the worst, in all of them - man and woman alike. It calls upon reserves of devotion to duty, tolerance, obedience and of course humour, way beyond that which most people possess.
- Season 1: 2. What Lies Beneath (2007). Returning to Bright Island with two federal cops to investigate the biologist's suspicious poisoning, the Hammersley finds captain's flirt Ursula continues her research. Then they follow up on a sophisticated radio buoy they accidentally located and proves booby-trapped. It's denoted by radio from a ship they track to arrest two cocaine smugglers. One of them is worried his brother, who approaches by speedboat, may also get killed. XO shamelessly tricks and lies, later admits to Flyn she only serves out of personal ambition. - Season 1: 3. Ghosts Of Things Past (2007). Even the HMS Hammersley is damaged by a major storm. Captain Flyn postpones wharf repairs to search for and find Rory Kinsella, the owner of a owner of a catamaran, which Spider, whom the veterans troubled with ghost ship stories, and ET sail home while the ship makes urgent repairs on Bright island, where the federal police conducts a mysteriously extensive search. - Season 1: 4. Irukandji (2007). The crew must stop beach frolicking now Toby 'Chefo' Jones plans to propose, for a mayday. It seems a pirate boat, but carries only boat refugees. Alas some splashing water contains microscopic Irukandji jellyfish, whose poisonous bite may be fatal for Chefo and John 'Jack' Jaffah. Chief petty officer Andy 'Charge' Thorpe has something irritating an eye. Petty officer Pete 'Buffer' Tomashevski gets refugee Samira to talk about the scum firing a flair at them and takes their side, unlike Robert 'RO' Dixon, who grumbles he must fill in as cook. - Season 1: 5. Under The Radar (2007). The team arrests an illegal fishing boat. Their attempt to get to the mother-ship, Caroil Emperor, is thwarted as they have to save eco-terrorist leader David Thompson's life but is unable to make them see reason. Chief Petty Officer Andy 'Charge' Thorpe wanted to stay on the ship until it's decommissioned but on the CO's orders finally sees eye specialist Dr. Poulos, who surprises him.
- Season 1: 6. Precious Cargo (2007). Radio officer Robert J. Dixon's cold image culminates when he shows no emotion and refuses compassionate leave for his father's death and funeral, but later explains to captain Mike Flynn. However when 'RO' gets wounded while cleverly discovering a floating container actually contains North Korean refugees and his infection is stitched aptly by one of them, Dixon really takes his plea to search for his family in another container at heart, Flynn now has to hold him back. The search involves some fishermen who struck a friendship with Spider.
- Season 1: 7. Rescue Me (2007). The Hammersley responds to several distress calls, including one from the sailing yacht Claire de Lune. Most boys choose to believe owner Clair Watts's bizarre stories involving escape from pirates, enjoying the flirtatious guest's female charms. After one authentic case it becomes clear the dishonorably discharged naval officer's daughter is unstable. The ship not only has to abandon its promising chases for her calls for help, most of the crew gets poisoned after barbecuing the crabs Bright island fishermen gave them.
- Season 1: 8. Through The Storm (2007). Despite a raging cyclone, the Hammersley puts to sea in search of two pre-teen school-boys feared lost in a missing dingy. Teacher's son Connor Bullen, who needs his diabetes medicine urgently, in found in time. Flyn's psychological insight gets out of Connor that his mate Tim James wasn't with him, in fact not even in the boat. - Season 1: 9. Under The Hammer (2007). During Spider's night watch, a rival Navy ship's crew sneaked aboard to steal the Hammersley's mascot 'Thor'. Captain Mike Flynn makes chasing the Australian civilian cargo Pacific Mariner suspected of harboring the island killer a priority, and gets captain Rick Gallagher's hesitant permission for a 'boarding exercise'. The XO stupidly insists on leading the search party, and returns after finding only Dr. Ursula Morrell. An explosion and fire aboard prove the culmination of apparent bad luck since Thor's loss. - Season 1: 10. Damage Control (2007). The Hammersley stops to help Gavin Daley with car trouble and notices he has his kids and a gun but has no reason to stop him. Later inquiries indicate he 'kidnapped' his two young kids because his wife plans to take them to her new partner in the US, and so they return to arrest him. His ship is found moored on the Tiwi islands, where he hides in the crocodile-infested mangrove swamp. A badly bitten agent (Carl Davies) is the first to be found. - Season 1: 11. Chinese Whispers (2007). The Hammersley stops to try and help Horst Wenders' team which tries to salvage the Pacific Investigator, but it's sinking and is beyond any help so the men are taken on board. Suddenly Horst and an accomplice take chief petty officer Chris 'Swain' Blake hostage after shooting seaman Harry Costa in the leg. They force Swain to return to the wreck, where worse follows. Captain Mike Flynn must balance the Bright Island investigation, Swain and orders from NavCom, which wasn't impressed with his stubbornness anyhow, but proves how it all ties together.
- Season 1: 12. Deep Water (2007). The Hammersley responds to the Pretty Lady's distress call- it's just out of petrol and radio, but the speedboat was stolen by a high-pregnant couple. Flynn receives from his lover Dr. Ursula Morrell by courier a CD announcing multiple deaths in Australian waters by some unidentified poison she made, then a fax claiming she was forced which he believes. They recognize a tourist cruise yacht and search for it.
- Season 1: 13. Cometh The Hour (2007). The HMAS Hammersley's last mission before decommissioning promises it will go out with a bang. Federal Agent Greg Murphy reports Gallagher plans to take the crab poison aboard the Pacific Mariner, for sale to the highest bidder. Although the signal disappears, Flynn correctly extrapolates a course to Bright Island. Tthe continued chase leads to an armed confrontation. Gallagher has a hostage and some tricks up his sleeve, and NavCom (naval HQ) must wait for political instructions, while the territorial waters boundaries are almost reached.
- Season 2: 1. Dogs Of War, The (2008). After rescuing aid workers from the Samaru islands, the HMAS Hammersley engages a fishing vessel straying into Australian waters.
- Season 2: 2. Fortune Favours (2008). Poor Spider is viciously abused verbally and even physically during a boarding exercise by new cook Rebecca 'Bomber' for an innocent tease about her apparent refusal to cook fries. The Hammersley picks up Dave Williams and Steve Turner, not the first yacht-owners left drifting in a dingy recently. The captain decides to visit millionaire Ray Walsman's private island, being close to it and invited to drop by any time. His daughter Carly feels isolated and flirts with Spider out of boredom, then gets symptoms prompting her emergency evacuation to a major port. Spider ...
- Season 2: 3. Takedown (2008). The Hammersmith takes aboard a dozen of foreigners of various nationality who were stuck on a coral reef, apparently after a shipwreck while trying to immigrate illegally. Suddenly three of them, clearly of Eastern Europen extraction and with military training, take the rest and both female officers hostage. Their leader, Zan, demands full control of the ship. An attempt to overtake them fails and Zan forces Nav to steer to New Guinea. A Filippino's need for asthma-medicine forces Flynn to hand over navigational tools, which ruins his plan to fake the compass bearings...
- Season 2: 4. Heaven Born Captains (2008). To captain Flynn's anger, his efforts to arrest shark fin poachers are frustrated repeatedly and shore leaves abruptly canceled because NavCom gives absolute priority to transporting SAS captain Jim Roth's crack men to the Samaru Islands peace-keeping campaign. Spider is likely to be recommended for promotion after great bravery when Flyn ceases his next chance. - Season 2: 5. Giving Up The Dead (2008). After a nigh in Gove port, some men have hangover. Radio Officer (RO) Robert however has a black-out and is diagnosed drug-positive, a probable career breaker. He believes his drink was drugged by Swedish backpacker Anders Nygaard, whose corps is found at sea. Prawn fisher Maurie Stevens is rescued from his run-down trailer. The captain orders RO and Nav to escort him to port. Then a smuggler speed boat is reported and arrested. Now the puzzle starts piecing together.
- Season 2: 6. Birds (2008). While the HMS Hammersly helps animal control officer Campbell Fulton inspect an Asian fishery boat, medic Swain discovers a dying man and a load of dead chickens aboard. As this may indicate fatal and highly contagious bird flue, all crew concerned is quarantined. Nav joins them, because she was kissed against her will by Fulton. While ET and Fulton anchor the fishery boat, they fight over her and crash into a rock. ET's leg gets caught. It looks like he'll drown without an amputation.
- Season 2: 7. Hidden Agendas (2008). While the Hammersley crew helps disarm insurgents on the Samaru islands, local rascal Saka (13) accidentally fires a weapon he found and hoped to sell. island police commander sergeant Toka interrogates him roughly, but releases him to the family. Then insurgents kidnap Saka in a truck. Flynn suspects police corruption and arms smuggle, but can't prove it and has no jurisdiction. During R&R on the island, both a trio of men who went fishing and SAS Captain Jim Roth and her lover, SAS Captain Jim Roth, stumble on their trail, alas unarmed.
- Season 2: 8. Heart Of Glass (2008). Rebecca 'Bomber' Brown's clumsy attempt to retrieve a dropped bracelet, ma's 21st birthday present after 3 years of silence, causes her and helpful Billy 'Spider' Webb to overboard. Buffer's preoccupation with his ma's terminal cancer means that remains unnoticed for hours. Just when cramp makes Spider's situation desperate, they're picked up. Alas it's escaped drug-dealer Finn McLean and his two accomplices. The Hammersley has a hard time finding their floating overalls and figuring out they're on Finn's boat.
- Season 2: 9. Shadow Line (2008). Answering a distress call from freighter Beltane, the Hammersley finds it sinking. The crew of nine was mostly shot in the head, as survivor Dwayne Pearson describes by professionally acting Eastern Europeans. Their speedboat fits the description of one stolen from tycoon Ray Walsman. He offers a civilian captain's job to Mike Flynn, who should apply for promotion but dreads a desk job, even as step to commanding a frigate. They find the boat, driven by known fiend Franz Szapolyai, who escapes with a hostage to the Samaru islands, probably to sell the just stolen arms...
- Season 2: 10. Rules Of Engagement (2008). The Hammersley returns to the Samaru islands for another peacekeeping mission, but the civil war now rages to full madness, the boys are even attacked just for building medical facilities. Captain Flynn personally takes charge of dangerous operations on land with the SAS, which his men aren't trained for. After saving Spider as well as SAS Captain Jim Roth, Flynn is badly wounded, out of action. His crew valiantly continues its duties and returns stowaway Samaruan Zuraya, which proves highly dangerous, just now the unexperienced XO has to stand in, but the admiral ...
- Season 2: 11. Brilliant Career, A (2008). LCDR Jack Freeman takes over as the Hammersley's new CO as Mike Flynn recovers in hospital. Freeman turns out to be very unpredictable and loses no opportunity to humiliate Kate at every turn. Meanwhile, at the hospital Mike realizes that the Russian man, Franz Szapolyai, who stabbed Charge is hospitalized in the next room to Mike. Mike befriends him and shortly after making a phone call to an unknown number he has a cardiac arrest and dies. He begins to suspect that Ray Walsman has something to do with his death as he turned up at the hospital at the same time as ...
- Season 2: 12. Friends Close, Enemies Closer (2008). With lieutenant commander Mike Flynn back in command, the HMAS Hammersley answers an attack call from Ray Walsman's yacht Enterprise and overcome the armed assailants. Ray's guest aboard is later identified as Samaruan presidential candidate Massita Balanbaan, the toppled minister of mining. On shore leave Buffer sees one of the assailants, recognizes his Spetnaz (Russian special ops) tattoo and follows them. he gets locked up in a container and is caught on their secret island base, but manages to send clues. - Season 2: 13. Soldiers Of Fortune (2008). A boat carrying vote officials and ballot boxes from The Samaru Islands is blown up in front of the crew of the Hammersley, and it is determined that Ray Walsman is behind it. Mike and the crew arrest Ray Walsman and hand him over to the Samaru police but he soon escapes. The Hammersley escort UN observers return to the mainland unknown to them that a trained killer is in their midst. The killer has been sent by Walsman's men to kill Buffer - the only known witness to Walsman's plans. Mike and the crew set a trap to catch Walsman and in the process Josh 'ET'Holiday ...
- Season 3: 1. Catch And Release (2009). E.T. proposes to Nikki whilst on shore leave and then leaves to go diving with the Robsen Dive Boat at Red Reef. E.T. doesn't make it back on time when the Hammersley has been called back into service early. The crew receive an alert for a missing dive boat with eight personnel on board. A search of a near island reveals that all divers in the water are dead, amongst them E.T. who is found by Nikki. At the same time the crew must carry on looking for a ghost ship which seems hell bent on killing anyone in their path whilst still mourning for their lost crew mate.
- Season 3: 2. Monkey Business (2009). An animal and a stowaway both cause trouble aboard the HMAS Hammersley.
- Season 3: 3. China Dolls (2009). Kate becomes concerned about a boat which pleads asylum but which contains only one man and several women and feels they are destined for the illegal sex trade. On board they find a pregnant female in labour who Swain tries to save but she dies leaving him no option but to cut the baby from her - a boy. Mike orders that the boat be turned around despite Kate's objections. Later Kate chases up a lead left by the dead female's belongings and soon unearths an off-shore floating brothel which has the dead woman's sister amongst them held against their will.
- Season 3: 4. Guns (2009). On the way to answering a mayday call the Hammersley rescue ex-Navy Lieutenant Geoff Kershaw who's boat had capsized. When they reach the location of the mayday call they only find Matt & Simone Robsen's boat deserted but loaded with weapons. They search the nearby island and find Matt & Simone tied up who tell them that some men tied them up and left them there. Hammersley let NavCom know the serial numbers of the weapons who advise them that a dangerous ex-Navy man Shane Davis had stolen them from an Army base in Darwin months previously. - Season 3: 5. Ghost Net (2009). Whilst pursuing an illegal diving boat the crew retreat and leave behind a young diver in the water. The Hammersley crew rescue the young boy and the crew from the dive boat. Spider develops an attachment to the boy who turns out was sold to the illegal fishermen as he's a deaf mute. Shortly afterwards the Hammersley intercepts a mayday call from the Robsen's dive boat to the Robsens but when Mike contacts the Robsens directly they refuse help. - Season 3: 6. Oh Danny Boy (2009). The crew of the HMAS Hammersley are assigned the task of protecting a shipment of nuclear waste from a terrorist attack.
- Season 3: 7. Half Life (2009). A daring rescue at an abandoned nuclear test site causes the crew of the HMAS Hammersley to be exposed to toxic radiation.
- Season 3: 8. Red Sky Morning (2009). Kate McGregor is terrorised by a mysterious stalker aboard an abandoned cargo ship.
- Season 3: 9. Pearls Before Swine (2009). 2Dads neglected his duty in refueling the inflatable which causes them to lose two jet-ski thieves who had just robbed a pearl boat. To get back at what he believes is very harsh treatment given to him by Kate and Buffer he starts a rumor that both are a couple secretly. But Buffer and Kate find an unique way to punish him.
- Season 3: 10. Safeguard (2009). The Hammersley comes under attack from a heavily-armed boat of smugglers who discharge mines near the boat in order to get away. At the same time CMDR Steve Marshall orders a training exercise under the watchful eye of Buffer's former girlfriend Cynthia Luxton. Elsewhere, Charge is forced to face up to his past when his estranged sailor son Jamie helps in the mission to track down the smugglers.
- Season 3: 11. Secret Cargo (2009). Bomber and the crew of the Hammersley rescue what appear to be two stranded tourists after their boat capsizes but when the male tourist dies suddenly on board an investigation ensues and it turns out that they are in fact drug smugglers. In trying to get back drugs left on the Hammersley the female, Jila, and others take Bomber and RO hostage and it's a race by the rest of the crew to rescue them before the violent Jila kills them. Meanwhile, Nav goes in search of answers into ET's death and becomes certain that ET's business partner Campbell Fulton was responsible ...
- Season 3: 12. Black Gold (2009). The Hammersley rescue an unconscious female, named Belinda Lloyd, adrift on a raft near the Red Reef Oil Fields. When Belinda recovers she tells Swain and Mike that she and her husband were attacked and she escaped on a raft. She later identifies ET as one of her attackers but Nav refuses to believe ET was involved and becomes distraught over it. Later that night Belinda escapes and the Hammersley set course for a nearby island to look for her. Kate finds Belinda's belongings and proof that she did meet ET. - Season 3: 13. Red Reef (2009). The Hammersley and its crew monitor Penfold Island near the Red Reef Oil Fields where the oil smugglers have based their operation. When they cannot contact their Army lookout on the island Kate leads a crew onto the island where they find the dead lookout. Spider and Kate are attacked by the assailant but Kate recognises him - Campbell Fulton. Fulton escapes by jetski. Mike pursues the Robsens but they say Fulton was sacked by them weeks previously. - Season 4: 1. Night Of The Long Knives (2010). The crew of the HMAS Hammersley uncover a terrorist plot to assassinate a senior United States official. Kate has some doubts about the Hammersley's new popular crew-mate, a war hero who holds a dark secret.
- Season 4: 2. Crocodile Tears (2010). The new CO of the HMAS Hammersley goes to extreme lengths to capture a violent crocodile poaching gang. A serious conflict of interest threatens the romance between Mike and Kate. A drunken brawl in a foreign port leads to 2 Dads facing a court martial.
- Season 4: 3. Right Stuff, The (2010). The crew of the HMAS Hammersley launch a daring raid to recover a cargo of stolen uranium from armed terrorists. When Dutchy injures Kate during a boarding party, she questions his professionalism. Mike's godson is taken hostage by smugglers.
- Season 4: 4. Ransom (2010). The crew of the HMAS Hammersley pursue a man accused of kidnapping his child during a custody dispute. While attempting to free the child, Kate is taken hostage, and she and Mike discover things are not all plain sailing when they start making plans for their future life.
- Season 4: 5. Paradise Lost (2010). The HMAS Hammersmith has to stop for repairs after its propeller is caught in a fishing net, which also contains the corpse of a man, later identified as never missing-declared Edward 'Teddy' Pritchard. While waiting, the boys want to fish, the girls to hike, so everyone visits an officially uninhabited, idyllic island. On it they find Peter's ecologist paradise commune. Handsome member Sean wins the favor of Bomber, who rudely rejects all attentions from again utterly confided Robert. 2Dads nearly drowning in a toxic vapors swamp's quicksand is only the first scary ...
- Season 4: 6. Big Fish (2010). The crew's fishing fun is ruined by an abnormally low-flying Cessna owned by cattle rancher Jim Mathieson. Shortly after, they find wreckage of its crash and a single, badly wounded survivor, identified as Karl Butherworth. He was one of three escaped convict murderers who kidnapped the owner to fly them to Papua new Guinea and may be at large. Pressed for medical equipment, the ship sails to isolated island Tapoa. Charge leads a landing party to Dr. Nadal's tiny hospital, only to find him shot and be attacked by another escapee, overpowered thanks to Dutchy's combat ...
- Season 4: 7. Shoes Of The Fisherman (2010). Once more, the Hammersly boards incorrigible Asian fish poacher 'hannibal's trawler, but has to let him go for lack of proof. RO, who insisted to come along after a previous incident, is bitten by the ship's dog and fears rabies. Swain has to appease him by prescribing a tranquilizer, but he takes an overdose and is unusually susceptible to side-effects, in this case delusions and sleepwalking, making him jump overboard. - Season 4: 8. Universal Donor (2010). The Hammersley picks up a floating cooler full with recently harvested human organs, next exhausted, confused illegal refugees on Asian smuggler Putra's boat. Unable to prove organ trade and probably theft, given blood test kits and cards, they find clues to set a trap for the presumed mastermind, American Wessel Berkelman. Swain is left with apprentice Bird and the refugees, but they are surprised and overpowered by Berkelman's armed crew. His 'doctor' is accidentally shot, so Swain is forced to take over.
- Season 4: 9. Dutch Courage (2010). A Hammersley boarding party finds a boat suspected of illegal fishing is actually Australian. Frustrated, the XO orders an illegal search which reveals a presumable smuggled Asian whiskey cargo. When the crew takes careless Kate hostage, Dutchy freezes and orders RO to let them escape with their RANavy weapons. Captain Stenlake is desperately determined to retrieve the guns and arrest the smugglers. In the process, Dutchy repeatedly takes excessive risks, even against explicit orders, especially when puzzled Kate is at risk. 2Dads' attempt to convince RO of his hero ...
- Season 4: 10. Rawhide (2010). The crew's shore leave is cut short to help with floods in Carpentaria bay. On the way, the Hammersley responds to an SOS to rescue drowning passengers from cattle transport ship Olympus, which was hijacked to steal and sell its cargo. RO is punished with menial 'light duties' for boarding without reporting his recent appendectomy. Next they find the ship, liberate the captured crew and search for the cattle and thieves. - Season 4: 12. Rumble In The Jungle (2010). The HMAS Hammersley is delivering medical supplies to minor islands off the New Guinea coast. After a live grenade explosion wounds local chief Suil's son Tiken, who risks being blinded, Swain stays behind, with Dutchy as protection, to assist the only nurse, Sarah Denton, who tests his marital fidelity. On another island, Bird contracts a mysterious illness, soon leading to complete paralysis, but no medical helicopter is available. Suil's hothead local rivals use violence, forcing Dutchy to lead a perilous jungle flight.
- Season 4: 13. Soft Target (2010). Leo is delighted that his smarter, slicker cahoot in youthful mischief, Fraser, has joined the Navy, is assigned as trainee to RO, impresses everybody and gets painfully rough pokers debtors off ma, handled Leo's back. The HMAS Hammersley suffers suspiciously many errors and flawed clue in the chase for masked Australian pirates who board yachts, mainly to steal expensive equipment. Leo finds Fraser never stopped scamming and may have teamed up with criminals.
- Season 4: 14. Live Catch (2010). The HMS Hammersley chases a fleet of boats from which the crew catch fish for live sale to aquarium lovers. Swain works out they must be using greatly diluted poison. Bomber messes up completely, even gets the XO wounded, yet wines about her promotion chances. 2Dads arranges she gets a chance to prove herself 'commanding' him and the XO aboard a boat where poison was found. They get captured and seem pawns between a human captain and his violent rival.
- Season 4: 15. Flotsam And Jetsam (2010). The Hammersley finds Lara Strauss, floating after her yacht was wrecked, and starts searching for her missing husband Martin, whose brother Karl turns up. It soon becomes clear they were involved in a gold robbery, and probably so is ill-reputed salvage entrepreneur Alby Dumas. RO has endless trouble with the communication equipment.
